Corban OneSource is a mid-market HRO (Human Resource Outsourcing) company and one of the largest HRO’s on the East Coast. We are locally owned, yet have clients all over the US with an average size client having 350 employees.
In this role, you will be part of our customer care team providing comprehensive support to our clients with annual enrollment/ongoing benefits administration, HR and payroll issues. Although you will be on the phone, the focus is not on “call center” metrics, but on true customer care.
We are seeking someone with the following experience, skills and education:
- 3-5 years work experience in a HRO-related call center or customer support role, with a proven record of delivering superior customer service
- Excellent telephone skills and a clear, easily understood speaking voice
- Experience in data entry and problem solving
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize a varied workload
- Working knowledge of MS Office Applications
- Some college course work preferred
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred
