HR-IT Implementation Manager / Business Analyst

HRsoft is one of the fastest growing HR Software as a Service companies in the Orlando area.  We need dynamic, client facing, results-driven individuals with great problem solving and analytical skills.

The person in this role will report directly to the CTO and will be accountable for driving the successful delivery of our SaaS systems and process solutions.  The candidate will lead and contribute to both new client implementations and engagements for existing clients.

The successful applicant will have complete responsibility for project planning, administration, determining and documenting business requirements, creating systems specifications, software configuration, developing and executing test plans and scripts and streamlining and improving current processes. Training of customers, as well as training of HRsoft’s more junior staff, is key. This is a hands-on, client facing position with some travel required - specifically you will:

•    Create, maintain and direct the tasks on the project plan for the implementation of HRsoft’s cloud based SaaS solutions.
•    Assist as needed in the sales process including scoping projects and estimating effort to complete the implementation.
•    Perform  application walk through with clients and, occasionally, prospects
•    Create and execute project work plans to meet changing needs and requirements, to manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
•    Prepare for and engage with executive leadership at all levels of our and our client’s organizations.
•    Conduct post engagement reviews and measure satisfaction scores
•    Plan, direct and perform quality assurance before all deliveries.
•    Manage and Mitigate project risks effectively using best practices 

The Successful Candidate will have:
•    Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills (required)
•    Proven ability to thrive in a fast paced, collaborative, team environment (required)
•    Demonstrable attention to detail and the ability to plan and execute complex projects (required)
•    2 to 3 years database or programming experience (required)

•    2 to 3 years of systems analysis skills with proven experience in all phases of the implementation lifecycle in HR systems projects (preferred)

•    Experience managing client relationships during and after projects (preferred)
•    Bachelor’s Degree required (Computer Science or related field preferred)
•    2 to 3 years of experience in HR reporting and information needs analysis (preferred)
•    Experience with Human Resources business processes (preferred)
•    2 to 3 years Human Resources systems implementation (preferred)
