Job Description
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and cleaning common areas, around all facilities and grounds. This position is an Evening Position.
Qualifications
Education:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
Experience:
- Minimum one (1) year in healthcare environment preferred.
License/Certification:
- Requires valid State Driver’s License.
Skills:
- Must be able to read, write and follow instructions.
- Must be able to operate mechanical equipment used in the maintenance of facility.
- Must have a good driving record.
- Must be flexible regarding program needs.
Physical Requirements:
- Extensive walking, standing, sitting, climbing stairs. Must be able to lift over fifty (50 lbs.) pounds.
Other:
- Performs other duties as may be assigned.
