General Description:
- Gather and Document all field data for shopping center, office buildings, industrial centers, apartments to fulfill and complete the project to be delivered to the customers.

Relationships:
- Gather any and all data assigned to specialist and confer with all other specialists on property as well as team leader to create an atmosphere of teamwork and unity at all times while on property.
Requirements:
- Intermediate computer knowledge (operation and Microsoft Office/Windows).
- Basic equipment operations(i.e. measuring devices, digital camera, voltmeter).
- Basic use of underground wire tracking devices.
- Basic electric and irrigation background preferred, however, not required.
- Ability to communicate digitally.
- General understanding of math.
- Common Sense!
- Familiarity of commercial property is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to climb ladders of various heights.
- Ability to walk/stand for extended periods.
- Previous drawing experience via computer software is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Gather data assigned by Team Leader
- Review and prepare initial footprint drawing of site (storefront dimensions, parking lot islands, any other required changes to initial drawing).
- Create Space/Tenant list for master file preparation.
- Gather all utility information on site, and verify for accuracy (electric, gas and water meters).
- Gather all fire equipment detail on site – including fire room information.
- Additional information may be gathered by this specialist as required by team leader.
- Format data to be neat, accurate and easily readable.
- Upload completed data to home office in most timely manner possible.
- Spelling must be accurate – tenant names must be checked and re-checked.
- Presentation of self (image)
- Wear IDP company shirt and identification badge at all times while on site.
- Be presentable at all times while on site: hair, slacks/shorts (no cut offs), shoes (no open toe shoes).
- Courtesy to be shown at all times on site to both fellow specialists as well as patrons and tenants.
- Professional appearance is a requirement.
- Effective Communication with Home Office/Team Leader:
- Home Office/Team Leader must be notified in advance of arrival to property (3-5 business days minimum).
- Specialist must check IDP email account 2-3 times per day – mandatory.
- Specialist must reply to questions from processing within 12 hours.
- Willingness to persevere:
- Must be willing to do what is necessary to deliver complete information including, but not limited to, returning to a site as needed if information was missing from first visit.
- Reach out to support staff and/or team leader when questions arise.
- Equipment:
- Will be responsible for all equipment provided by IDP: Including, but not limited to, Motion Tablet, Measuring devices, keys, camera, and any other necessary tools and equipment.
Other:
- Travel is required (Occasionally out of state – up to 3-4 weeks possible at one time).
- Most expenses paid: travel, lodging, daily meal allowance.
- Covered expenses determined by IDP depending on location, distance, etc.
- Compensation Range: $100-250 per property.
