SUMMARY:  

Works within a specific location speaking/ soliciting to the public to tour/ attend our vacation ownership presentation. Qualify and ensure they meet the guidelines, once qualified invite them to attend a vacation ownership presentation and document the registration.
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
 

• Generate sales tours for each resort entity
• Consistently achieve established production standards as outlined in department compensation plan
• Communicate the customer needs and interest to direct supervisors so the company will continue to change based on the market needs
• Communicate to prospective clients information on the area attractions
• Accurately reconcile and report monies collected on a daily basis
• Performs other work as assigned
• Represent Diamond Resorts in a professional manner at all times
• Follow all rules of dress and conduct that have been presented to you
• Other tasks as assigned
• Will report directly to the OPC Manager

REQUIREMENTS:
 

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Professional, energetic, outgoing, personality REQUIRED
• Competitive, goal oriented, persuasive
• Previous sales or marketing experience preferred
• Knowledge of the Vacation Ownership industry preferred but not required
• Self motivated with the ability to work independently and contribute as a team player
• Positive, Focused, Driven and a desire to make $$$$
• Resilient and able to handle rejection
• Must have excellent communication skills and listening skills
• Excellent customer service and selling skills
• Must have knowledge of the Orlando area
• Must be able to build rapport quickly and explain our products and services
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to walk and sit
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions
• Must be able to talk for extended periods of time
• Must be willing to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends
