- Lawn & Shrub Technician: (experience and skill requirement)
- Must be 18 yrs old.
- Have a valid driver’s license.
- Must have worked outside in all weather conditions.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able Pass a drug Screen.
- Good written & oral communication skills.
- Possess basic math skills, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division.
- Like to work outside while helping customers with their landscape.
- Able to maintain truck & equipment in good working order.
- Demonstrated ability to solve customer problems.
- Apply treatments in a safe, accurate and proper manner.
- Document daily work including chemical and fertilizer usage.
- Diagnose insect, disease and irrigation problems on customer’s lawn.

Evergreen Lawn & Pest Management is currently offering an outstanding opportunity for an outside sales professionals. We are a professional pest control company specializing in residential and commercial lawn & shrub care as well as indoor pest control and termite protection services.
We are looking for energetic,” make it happen” people to join our growing team. Our sales staff performs both indoor sales (telemarketing), and outdoor sales (door to door) sales, or a hybrid of both.

Pest Control Sales (Experience and skill requirements)
- Previous sales and/ or industry experience.
