They provide the higher education software , services, and analytics you need to manage your day-to-day campus business faster, easier, and more effectively. The Help Desk Agent must have: Specific Knowledge, Ability, and Skills:
• Strong knowledge of PC hardware/software and familiarity with video/data products and services
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, MAC, OS drivers, and familiarity with TCP/IP protocols
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills • Excellent listening and analytical skills and the ability to ask probing questions and understand concerns
• Must possess professional and friendly attitude and ability to develop a rapport with customers over the phone
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate through multiple systems • Strong work ethic and self starter, able to work
Qualifications and Requirements of the Help Desk Agent
• Must have 2-5 years Inbound Call Center Experience (Which can be verified through a professional reference.)
• Must be flexible to work various shifts, including Saturdays/Sundays, evenings, and holidays as necessary
