Job Description
- Perform complete electrical take-off as directed by Senior Estimator.
- Perform electrical plans for design build projects using Accubid.
- Assist and perform value engineering under the direction of Senior Estimator.
- Assist in the preparation of the Scope of Work.
- Assist in the preparation of a Construction Bill of aterial for selected supplies.
- Assist in the preparation of Job Folder set-up.
- Assist in the preparation of sub-jobs for construction estimate.
- Participate in subcontractor negotiations.
- Participate in supplier/vendor relationships.
- Assist in preparation of change orders.
