Position Description
Performs duties to answer client service call requests promptly and professionally. Acts as a liaison between the integration service team and the sales team to schedule technicians. Responsible for setting up RMAs and managing the return of equipment to and from clients and vendors. Responsible for helping ensure technical installation team have all require items for service calls. Assists with back up inventory control.
Position Requirements
-1-2 years experience in a customer service role
-Ability to multitask in a fast paced work environment
-Proficient in common office technology and programs
