YourMembership.com Account Executives are responsible for successfully selling our value proposition and solution to inbound leads (we like to call them prospective clients) primarily over the phone, although there is on occasion face to face client interactions. Our market will largely consist of - but will not be limited to - member-centric organizations, including non-profits, universities, associations, and chambers. 

Position Requirements

  • Close new business consistently above quota level (it is a sales role).
  • Become an expert and deeply understand the tasks, goals, and objectives of member-centric organizations and their administrators, members, directors, and Boards.
  • Serve as a brand enthusiast for YM´s suite of products and solutions.
  • Be a key player and contributor to the direction of this growing sales team.
  • Accomplish sales targets on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis by owning the sales cycle - conducting needs assessment, delivering online demos tailored to your prospect, and closing.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience within a sales team that produces and exceeds their goals consistently.
  • Evidence that you are a Top Producer (as defined by production results that puts you at the top 10% of your peers) or an over quota/President´s Club type.
  • 3+ years of selling experience operating within web technologies or innovative SaaS products
  • A sharp focus on your goals with ability to hit the ground running and your drive to succeed is off the charts!
  • Tons of energy, passion, humor, and enthusiasm.
  • A twitter account, LinkedIn profile, and familiarity with MS Office and Salesforce.com.
  • Street smarts.
  • Emotional intelligence.

Physical Demands:

  • Working on computer and spreadsheets for long periods of time. Must be able to utilize standard office equipment, i.e.) desktop computer, monitor, keyboard, and telephone system.
