Description: Direct and oversee the day-to-day operations of The Village – Transitional Living Program. Maintain program performance and integrity in conformance with community and funder expectations. Track and report performance data as scheduled. Develop, implement, and maintain program operating procedures. Insure compliance with IMPOWER policy and procedures, including statutory and regulatory requirements. Ensure a healthy and safe environment for all youth. Provide employee support to advisory, volunteer, and community groups that support The Village. Cultivate and work with community partners and the business community to develop local resources and support for the program.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in social work or a human service related field from an accredited college or university and at least two years’ experience in human services or child welfare programs or
Bachelor’s degree in social work or a human service related field from an accredited college or university and at least four years’ experience in human services or child welfare programs may be substituted
Successful background screenings through local law enforcement, Florida Dept. of Law Enforcement, and FBI.
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance, and successful motor vehicle driving record background check.
Demonstrates an awareness and sensitivity to our service population’s cultural and socioeconomic characteristics.
