The Compliance Manager is responsible for the compliance program and systems to insure proper sales processes are followed within acceptable internal guidelines. This individual will work closely with site sales leaders, sales operations and must establish credibility and rapport. The position will require a fair amount of travel to conduct on-site inspections and quality assurance audits. Please apply if you have experience in the Timeshare and Travel Industries. 


Compliance Manager Duties:

  1. Manage secret shopper program; Analyze results, produce reports
  2. Manage Verification Officer audit process; Analyze results, produce reports
  3. Work in conjunction with the Sales Operations to provide content or implement sales training during 30/60/90 reviews. May assist with conducting needed training at site levels. 
  4. Present to sales staff on quarterly basis regarding compliance 
  5. Inspect A/G settlement provision implementation in the field 
  6. Inspect for unauthorized collateral in the field 
  7. Work with key marketing leaders to conduct and hold DNC training classes as well as other general marketing compliance training. 

 

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

Education/Credentials

  • Bachelors/ college degree in Business, Communications or related field 

Experience

  • Prefer at least 2 years of experience in compliance environment, quality assurance, or regulatory environment
  • Prefer experience in vacation Ownership/Time share or Hospitality

 

Knowledge & Skills

  • Proficient with computer software programs such as Excel and other database software;
  • Ability to prioritize and multi task;
  • Excellent communication skills – oral and written;
  • Strong interpersonal skills to relate to others and be able to work across departments and companies;
  • Excellent presentation skills - strong with use of Power Point or other presentation software;
  • Judgment: The ability to formulate a sound decision using the available information.
  • Systems analysis: Ability to determine how a system should work and how changes in conditions, operations, and the environment will affect outcomes.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The work is primarily done in an office setting but travel is required with this position. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Adaptable to different environments , ability to work with a diverse group.
