Strong customer service and minimum two years heavy cash handling skills as a Teller. Management skills also required. Assists the Head Teller with processing of returned items from other financial institutions. Assists monitoring over/short monthly reports, daily work on a weekly basis, microfilming of all work regularly. Responsible for maintenance of all equipment. Assists the Head Teller with conducting security checks, testing alarms, locating/reconciling posting errors on members accounts. Orders cash, supplies as needed, and removes cash to vault to reduce drawer limits when appropriate. Balances vault daily. Provides quality service to all members.
Demonstrates a cooperative attitude when interacting with both members and fellow employees. Present a professional appearance at all times. Demonstrates good judgement. Able to work in a fast-paced, multitask environment. Must be flexible and a strong team player. Bi-lingual language skills a plus.
