As a call center customer service expert you will make a difference every day by providing exceptional service to customers who contact you through our client’s Roadside Assistance Program.  Imagine being the voice at the end of that call and helping people who’ve just had an auto-related incident or are in need of assistance. The professionals who succeed in this role like connecting with and helping others. They enjoy being seen as an expert , are good problem solvers and are able to remain calm when assisting in potentially difficult situations. 

Along with your experience (at least 6 months) in customer service or retail, you bring an ability to pass a background check, credit check and drug clearance.  Having bi-lingual skills in English and Spanish is particularly desired. These are 2nd and 3rd positions.
