Corban OneSource is a mid-market HRO (Human Resource Outsourcing) company and one of the largest HRO’s on the East Coast.  We are locally owned, yet have clients all over the US with an average size client having 350 employees.

In this role, you will be part of our Benefits team providing support to our clients with annual enrollments, ongoing benefits administration, billing reconciliation, and overall customer care.  Although time on the phone is required, the focus is not on “call center” metrics, but on true customer care.

We are seeking team members with the following experience, skills and education:

  • 3-5 years work experience in a HRO-related benefits support role, with a proven record of delivering superior customer service with a servant heart.
  • Coordination of activities with benefit carriers and brokers
  • Reconciliation of monthly carrier invoices
  • COBRA administration
  • Excellent telephone skills and a clear, easily understood speaking voice
  • Experience in data entry and problem solving
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize a varied workload
  • Experience with ADP HR Benefits solution (HRB), Workforce Now (WFN), or very comparable system.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Applications
  • Some college course work preferred
  • Bi-lingual Preferred
