Need a restaurant manager who is also capable of cooking, running a register, completing prep work and cleaning up dining room if necessary. Must be able to handle high volume business and a high demand customer base. Would come in to work between 6-9pm and work till at least 4 in the morning. Must be flexible to work sometimes on weekends as well as during the week.
