Maintenance Contract Coordinator Position will be responsible for the tracking, input, and billing of maintenance contracts for our customers. These include Preventative Maintenance (PM), Extra Care Agreements (EC) and Total Care/Full Maintenance Agreements (FM). Daily this position will track new forklift deliveries. Follow up with the sales department will be necessary to obtain the delivery report and service agreement for each customer. Once obtained, this position will input the maintenance contract onto the ERP and communicate to each of our branch service managers. They will document each delivery and keep a score sheet of those that sign up for service vs. those that do not.

*Should possess good written as well as verbal communication skills.
*Should have good interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and understanding their requirements.
*Should have the attitude to work as a team in situations.
*Should possess good time management skills and have the ability of meeting targets.
Skills: Great organization and follow up, ability to communicate with various department to obtain and distribute information and documentation, Medium Excel skills desired.
