Maitland area law firm is seeking a Paralegal with general civil litigation experience (declaratory judgments, drafting complaints and answers, scheduling hearings, mediations, etc., electronic filing;) and general real estate experience (quiet title actions, drafting easements, covenant enforcements, land disputes, construction defects, opinion letters, etc.), knowledge of HOA/COA Declarations, and some transcription experience, typing around 50 wpm. Excellent grasp of English grammar and good legal research skills. Must be able to multi-task and capable of working with several attorneys at once. Minimum 5 years of experience plus a degree in legal studies/paralegal/legal.
