It is a sales job, but it is really more than that.  Sure, you have to make outbound calls.  The people who do the best in this job have a passion to understand how hard it is for companies to find the “right” talent and how our resources could be a good resource to facilitate these hires.

We pay a base salary, commissions, bonuses, health, sushi, company cruises and many more things.  We also try to bring fun to the work every day.

This job will grow every year financially as most of our clients our residual clients.  In other words, in a couple years, you will be doing very well.  This job requires phone work to connect to companies.  It requires the ability to do research on who is hiring.  

The best part of the job is that we help people get jobs.  Companies spend BILLIONS on recruiting people and we have some of the best technology to capture a piece of this.  The really good news is that it works and we are growing.
