Crestron Programmer

Position Description

• Work from sales orders, manuals, schematics, prints, catalogs advertisements, articles, and similar documentation. 
• Work with customers and sales representatives to define system requirements and budget constraints. Research available products, their capabilities, specifications, and system compatibility and cost. Visit customers with sales staff to examine installation site, explain system capabilities, and general scope of work.
• Design audio visual packages for boardrooms, training centers, video teleconferencing areas, or other purposes to suit customer requirements. Define scope of work including labor and programming requirements. Complete design, prepare required drawings, diagrams, layouts, power requirements, air flow and temperature requirements, Submit designs, equipment specifications, and labor.

Position Requirements • 5 years experience in Audio Visual system installation and integration.
• 3 years experience in programming of Crestron and AMX control systems.
• Associates Degree or Diploma in a technical trade.
• Training with AutoCAD, Visio or other computer aided design software.
• Possess certification credentials for AV installation technician such as InfoComm Certified Technology Specialist (CTS).
• Superior customer service and support skills.
• Experience in installing and/or configuring Polycom and/or Cisco videoconferencing products and in configuring audio DSP's.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
