Toho Water Authority is seeking immediate applications for the position of Development Project Manager. The role of this position is to provide project management support for private development projects.

Responsibilities include:

• evaluating plans, material shop drawings and permits; corresponding with departments for assistance; managing customer concerns; evaluating shop drawing, agreements, etc.; and researching for fee assessment.
• Other duties include providing support for staff engineer in capital projects and field operations; supporting customer service personnel; and inspecting sites. The preferred candidate will have prior experience with project management, strong organizational skills, ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing, and demonstrated good customer service skills.

Qualifications includes

 Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent and a valid and current FL Class E Driver’s License.

Pay range is $19.37 - $24.60 per hour.
