Property requirements
- At the direction of the Resort General Manager:
- Oversee property appearance and general upkeep, daily inspections including corridors, guest rooms, uniforms and exterior grounds.
- Monitor financial spending/tracking-monthly review and reconciliation of financial statements and variances.
- Develop and implement company/property policies and procedures.
Work with Human Resources in developing policies and investigating team member incidents, issuing
- discipline, coaching and documentation.
- Direct and coordinate special projects to include renovations and remodels throughout property in conjunction with Corporate Construction and Purchasing.
- Monitor the front desk to ensure they promote customer service and work with Inventory Control/Rental Division to maximize room inventory/utilization and revenue.
- Reviews weekly departure survey of resort/travel reviews and exchange comments and responds accordingly.
- Ensure resort complies with safety standards.
- Monitor and address the effectiveness and productivity of all contracted services.
- Negotiate contracts/lease agreements for outside services and revenue generating leases in conjunction with Corporate Legal and HOA.
- Attend regularly scheduled meetings with Resort General Manager.
