Health Central Hospital a part of Orlando Health is seeking a RN Clinical Supervisor MSU/TMU to join their team.

To assist the Director of MSU/TMU in leading nursing service for patients of all ages, infants through Pediatric. To provide direct nursing care on the unit. Works cooperatively with the unit's Clinical Educator and/or Education Department to plan, implement, and evaluate educational activities for the nursing staff, including unit orientation, in-service education, and continuing education. Investigates and response to patient/family and physician complaints.

Communicates with and coordinates the services of other departments required for the care of the patient. Participates in the planning and problem solving process for pediatric services. Communicates specific and broad patient care issues to Vice President, Patient Services and relevant physicians.

Collaborates with other health care professionals and coordinates the services of other departments required for the care of the patient. Acts as a role model by adhering to cress codes, schedules, policies, and procedures. Attends and participates in staff meetings. Participates in the Pediatric Department's Quality Assessment/Continuous Quality Improvement plan. Plans, organizes, and manages care for a group of patients, delegating tasks to others appropriately.

Current Florida licensure as a Registered Nurse. Current certification in Basic Life Support, Advance Cardiac Life Support and Neonatal Resuscitation Program preferred

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Nursing management/administrative experience preferred.
