We are actively seeking a sharp Sales and Service Representative to become an important part of our innovative business. This is an immediate full time opportunity with an exciting work environment. The selected candidate will work at our company headquarters located in a premier high rise office building in Downtown Orlando, FL. The successful Sales and Service Representative will develop product knowledge to enrich strategies for buying cars across the nation and for creating outstanding customer service experiences. Top candidates will also be able to suggest enhancements, execute targeted business solutions, and grow into a management role as we enlarge our footprint. The sky is the limit if you bring your A-game and display initiative!

Sales and Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers to determine the vehicle condition and offer amount
• Always provide superior customer service
• Negotiate car prices and close the deal
• Generate and maintain offers through our proprietary system
• Follow up with customers on pending offers and boost customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Comfort with using websites and Office software
• Prior experience in sales, customer service or related industry is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Problem analysis and problem resolution skills
• Desire to advance with our company

Job Includes:

• $11 - $17 /hour (based on experience)
