Primary responsibilities include achieving financial and operational goals which include:
- Implementing safe working practices and insuring that safety procedures are followed and all required safety training is completed.
- Meet or exceed annual yield targets (product yield, raw material yields, etc.)
- Meet or exceed period efficiency percentage.
- Meet or exceed attainment of production schedule.
- Meet or exceed period actual cases.
- Meet or exceed order attainment.
- Meet or exceed equivalent case target.
- Supervise all operations in Printer Pix and provide the needed support.
SUMMARY OF POSITION
Manage staffing schedules and, Communicate for production calculations. Communicate with Production Supervisors on attainment, and production schedule issues.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS THAT SUPPORT OPERATIONAL GOALS
- Direct activities and provide technical assistance to the staff.
- Assist in all staffing schedules.
- Assign and prioritize workload within the printer pix organization.
- Implement a shift plan with skill set matrix for identifying flexible work force.
- Schedule completion of all work assigned.
- Motivate employees for maximum performance.
- Work with Manager and Group Lead to control monthly budget.
- Coordinate with QA programs all proper testing and documentation. Insure all operators are filling out documentation sheets accurately and timely.
- Adhere to GMPs and Safety Procedure as set forth by rules and regulations.
- Develop and maintaining working standards, policies/procedures, task list, training leads
- Knows and uses all related disub, canvas, large format, books, prints, posters, consolidation, escalations, claims, and returns.
- Monitor all shipping operations, and inventory related to all processes.
- Cross training for all employees within the dept.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet software; Payroll systems; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Forklift Truck Certification required.
