Talent Acquisition Specialist

Position Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success, with an emphasis on attracting full-time and freelance Show Technicians to the organization. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent and maintain a pool of qualified candidates in advance of the need. This role will have three key areas of focus: 

• Develop and execute recruiting plans and processes, in partnership with key stakeholders (HR, Tech Directors, etc)
• Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees
• Coordinate & implement college recruiting initiatives

Position Requirements

• 3-5 years recruiting experience
• Customer service focused with a keen ability for networking
• Self Motivated 
• Understanding of the AV Industry a plus
