Tends MBO and Stahl folders as well as Muller and Heidelberg Stitchers in a continuous production/processing operation.
Read and interpret instructions from job ticket.
Set up and run the job based on the instructions.
Complete tasks accurately and timely while ensuring quality and production standards are met.
Run samples for approval by designated personnel.
Ensures that production deadlines are met.
Ensures quality standards of products.
Often sets up, cleans, services, adjusts and makes routine equipment repairs.
Ensures that adequate supplies of paper and other materials are available.
Maintains records of production output.
Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
SKILLS
• MBO and Stahl folders experience preferred
• Muller and Heidelberg Stitcher experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Able to succeed with minimal supervision.
• Some math skills required; ability to work with a ruler and numbers.
• Ability to use hand-truck and/or hand pallet jack.
• Ability to lift and/or grasp up to 50 pounds.
• Work overtime when workload dictates
2nd Shift 2p-10p.
