Florida Lift Systems is looking for a Territory Sales Manager for Manatee Sarasota, De Soto, and Hardee Counties.

You will have an assigned territory by county and or zip codes of a specific county. Your responsibility is to effectively cover the territory and sell all product lines. (IE NEW, USED, RENTAL, MATERIAL HANDLING EQUIPMENT, SERVICE and PARTS) In the assigned territory you will be responsible for assigned accounts and C / D / E accounts. (I.e. C=6-10 units, D=2-5 units, E=1 unit.) Annual sales goals ( awareness, share, volume, profit) will be set and quarterly reviews will be held to grade results and discuss actions.
The mission is to build solid relationships with the accounts, develop them into a key account by using all our products and services. This requires regular consistent calls, follow-up and creative approaches, finding a way to see key decision-makers of those accounts. Then promoting our company’s ability to help them reduce costs and increase productivity. See our customers on a regular basis, make sure we satisfy them.

Qualifications:
Effective territory management requires a system that directs you to cover it. The territory needs to be zoned into workable segments (4), then make a customer/prospect call matrix on customers & prospects in each zone. Set the call intervals for each account in each zone, make up a product discussion matrix for those key accounts and then work the plan. Cold call around the key accounts and know your territory.
Ideal candidate must possess a 4 year Bachelor's degree in a related business field.
