Purpose:

To deliver parts and accessories to respective client in a timely and safe manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan routes to ensure timely delivery and pick up of all orders. Maintain working knowledge of parts inventory.
• Maintain delivery / pick up register, accept payment for deliveries from clients.
• Support the parts dept by identifying and reporting the needs of the inventory.
• Have excellent communication skills and the highest customer service. Examine customer parts and returns and determine acceptability accordance with company policy.
• Operate company vehicles in a safe and courteous manner.
• Ensure proper maintenance of delivery vehicle to include checking oil and fuel, keeping vehicle neat and clean and reporting all accidents and damage malfunctions to Parts Manager.
• Communicate with dispatcher via two - way radio at all time.
• Report all customer complaint to Parts Manager immediately.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Good judgment and ability to work well with others
• Excellent driving record
• Must obtain and maintain a valid FL driver’s license, personal automobile insurance and the ability to meet drug free workplace requirements
