The Team Lead is the organization's main focal point for achieving results, and will be responsible for establishing short and long-term goals, developing training, operational and business plans for execution at the tactical level, and developing team members for ever-increasing positions of responsibility within Citi. Ability to interact with different areas of the department to include the Quality Assurance Team to optimize analyst performance and risk mitigation. Coordinates the goals and activities of Investigative Analysts and writing performance appraisals for team members Ability to manage a team comprising of 10-15 investigative analysts. Experience with gathering and analyzing data and documenting business requirements Successful experience in managing people, process & process components as well as priorities to achieve expected results Highly proficient multi-tasker with very strong organizational skills, excellent judgment and prioritization Work experience directly related to complex and sensitive investigations (any combination of AML/BSA, Fraud, financial irregularities, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Computer Literate - proficient in MS Windows applications, and Internet and commercial database searches Ability to interact with upper management at all levels Project management experience a plus A strong performance record with a history of increased responsibility Training, system and project experience, preferred Required - Professional fluency in Spanish (read, write and speak).Strong analytical skills.
