Review and accurately capture all key terms of the events before processing the payments. Work closely with other teams to finalize complex events.
Liaison with Depositories, Agents, Trustees and Issuers in each market to obtain requested clarification/detail understanding of complex Corp Actions events and processing details/requirements.
Reconcile, organize and distribute all transactions relating to corporate actions, and ensure corporate actions are processed effectively and within established standards in the markets.
Manage, track and mitigate risk of customer funding, claims processing, payment allocation, and corporate action processing in each market.
Perform asset reconciliation of entitlements, receivables, payables, proofs, breaks and exceptions. Provide root cause analysis and initiate new controls to reduce potential risks and breaks.
Research and respond on complex client inquiries, ensure responses are appropriate, complete and meet service level standards
Work with team members in resolution of complex issues. Perform causal analysis on process to identify improvements/system enhancements. Prepare processing flows for complex issues. Initiate and draft BRD for system enhancements.
Update procedures timely with all process improvements/system enhancements. Preparing weekly/ monthly metrics on teams performance including detailed analysis of any processing, system/industry issues, enhancements. Initiate new controls to reduce operations risks.
Interaction with CSO's and clients on Corporate Action items. Track and escalate issues to management

Bachelor's Degree preferred
3 + years experience in Securities Operations
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficient PC skills (MS Office Suite, Word, Excel, Access a plus)
Strong interpersonal, analytical, attention to detail, time management and problem solving skills.

Bachelor's Degree preferred
3 + years experience in Securities Operations
