FIELD MARKETING COORDINATOR

SUMMARY:
The Field Marketing Coordinator drives the Company’s National Marketing program tracking and documentation to increase marketing penetration, tour flow, profitability and growth. The Coordinator monitors and regularly reports on established Company metrics. The Coordinator creates and maintains an effective system to hold Sales and Marketing site leadership accountable to required minimum staffing and production (talent) levels.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and maintain multiple tracking and payroll reports to drive standard operating procedures across the Company at over 30 sites to ensure optimum execution within a matrix structure.
- Review and maintain all North American In-House lead assignments to ensure optimum execution at the site level.
- Conduct regular reviews with marketing leadership on site performance against established Company benchmarks as well as peer sites.
- Evaluate monthly site performance and identify trends.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
SKILLS:
- Able to understand, interpret and create spreadsheets and budgets in MS Excel.
- Proficient in reading and understanding annual budgets and statistical reporting.
- Detail oriented.
- Time management; the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
- Able to effectively multi-task, negotiate effectively and lead by example.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must have the ability to interact with all levels while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Able to work independently and as a team player.
- Must have strong aptitude for discretion and confidentiality.
- Able to take direction from Management and adjust to Company's needs.
