This position administers leave of absence (LOA) programs for all locations at PSCU following established procedures and recommending new practices as needed. Incumbent will coordinate all LOAs, including short-term and long-term disability, will partner with third-party administrators, and ensure accuracy of information in PSCU systems of record. Incumbent will ensure full compliance of FMLA, Worker’s Compensation laws, ADAAA, HIPAA, ERISA, and other applicable laws and regulations.  Incumbent will also provide excellent, proactive customer service to employees.

 

 Incumbent will respond and coordinate with management, employees, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely communication and coordination of all leaves, while ensuring that employees are treated fairly and with excellence in each instance.

 

 

 

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience required. CBP (Certified Benefits Professional) or CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist) certification preferred.

 

 

 

Experience: Five (5) years Human Resources and Benefits experience required, with two (2) years LOA administration experience required. Excel skills, PowerPoint, and HRIS systems required.
