This position is located in Saint Petersburg, Florida.
BASIC FUNCTION
This position provides strategic partnership to designated business units, aligning people strategies with business objectives. Incumbent will proactively assess, analyze, and identify talent needs within assigned business units, and provide guidance in these areas, including, but not limited to: organization structure, succession planning, and employee performance, development, and engagement. Incumbent will also deliver value through analysis of talent metrics, and creation of action plans to address areas of opportunity discovered through these data.
Incumbent will also build partnerships across the Talent division to ensure the appropriate resources are engaged to fulfill the identified talent needs and business objectives.
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field or the equivalent in education and experience. SPHR or PHR certification strongly desired.
Experience: Eight (8) years Human Resources or line management experience, with prior experience as an HRBP strongly preferred. Organizational Design and Diagnosis experience preferred. Relevant industry experience preferred.
