Job Description

With a fun, high energy and team player work environment, you will be supporting all Holler-Classic automotive dealerships as the initial customer contact and link between our stores. You actively provide outstanding customer service and maintain a relationship with the customer until they arrive at the store. Position pays an hourly rate PLUS we set performance goals at the beginning of the month and tie them to bonuses based on achieving those goals (setting appointments, follow up, phone quality).

Requirements

- One year of customer service, telemarketing or customer contact experience

- Adhere to honest and ethical business practices

- Positive attitude

- Self-starter

- Multi-tasker

- Have solid typing and excellent communication skills

- Be computer proficient with strong typing skills

- Ability to follow processes

- Willingness to learn new things and grow as an individual

- You may at times be driving company vehicles so a valid driver’s license is required
