Commercial Leasing Administrator

Leasing & Property Manager Administrator to join our commercial real estate team.

Qualified candidates must have prior experience with: lease and contract preparation & review; creation of marketing flyers and available property list; some knowledge of property management; be a self-starter and have strong organizational skills. Responsibilities include providing general administrative assistance and support to the real estate manager and the property manager including drafting leases & contracts, affidavits, permit applications and other real estate & construction related documents. This position is responsible for all of the administrative functions for all properties managed by the company.

Administration includes but is not limited to:

*Provide lease information to prospects

*Create marketing flyers and keep available property up to date on CoStar, LoopNet & internal list

*Draft new leases, lease renewals, amendments and extensions and follow throughout execution *Assemble initial financial packages/credit reports from prospects for review by finance *Correspond with existing tenants regarding upcoming renewals and other issues *Respond promptly to existing tenant inquiries and concerns *Perform lease audits *Collect preventive maintenance HVAC contracts as required under the leases *Communicate to property/asset manager any tenant situations or property issues

*Meet with vendors for inspections or for access so they can create proposals for property manager

*Research area rents, sales prices, competition information, prospects

*Review rent rolls for accuracy

*Abstract and assist in lease review for potential property acquisition *Update billing / tenant contact information

*Filing of all real estate related correspondence *Research tenant data concerning delinquencies and credits – sending out correspondence, processing adjustments or billings as required with assistance from the accounting department

Skills Required:

Strong computer skills: WORD, Excel, Outlook, Adobe & Internet research
