Ability to manage up to 60 job orders a month. No ATS yet but soon.

Experience with creative and community recruitment.

Experience with unemployment hearings.

Experience with progressive discipline.

Experience with behavioral interviewing and DDI.

Computer literate.

Excel skills and above average communication skills.

Must haves:

Minimum of AA or BA

3-5 years of recruiting experience

HR knowledge and experience.

Heavy nonexempt staffing experience

Prefer:

Veterans

Local candidates ~ No relocation

Flexible

Good sense of humor

Headhunters, Search or Temp firm experience.
