Database Administrator / Programmer

Essential Functions:
Data processing and Conversion
Performs telephone, and/or written communication with licensing boards
Maintains and troubleshoots workstations
Assists with computer system upgrades
Creates, modifies and installs software
Conducts online research concerning programming
Other duties as assigned

Position Qualification & Skills
Educational Equivalent:
AA Degree or Equivalent Experience

Skills:
Experience with Microsoft Access and SQL Server databases (A Must)
Excellent phone skills and telephone etiquette
Ability to effectively communicate with clients and providers
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent cognitive and judgment skills
Knowledge of computer hardware is a plus

Having a knowledge of DotNet and or Visual Basic a plus
