Responsibilities:

• Staffing one of 3 bar areas
• Prepare standard mixed drinks according to drink recipes and to match customer’s specific orders
• Pour wine and beer
• Operate cash register and clean up after customers and your work area
• Responsible for ordering and maintaining liquor and bar supplies
•  

Required Skills:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• One year bartending experience required
• Minimum of 1 year cash handling preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Certified Food Handlers certification is not necessary but helpful
• Flexible schedule availability is mandatory. Weekends and holidays are a must
