Team Member Services Coordinator
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute company-wide Team Member events by developing overall plan, timelines, marketing and communication plans.
- Create monthly Team Member newsletter.
- Update content for internal communication boards as required.
- Oversee Team Member Services budget.
- Administer Team Member recognition programs.
- Partner with external vendors for Team Member savings programs.
- Support other HR functions to include Staffing, New Hire Orientation and front desk reception area.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) required.
- Must have exceptional verbal and written communications skills.
Education:
- High school degree or GED is required. Associate’s degree (AA) is preferred. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Experience:
- 1-3 years experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional Information:
- Strong guest relations skills, ability to handle multiple priorities, manage confidential information while displaying a high degree of tact.
- Effective problem solving and communication skills required.
