Position: Inside Sales Manager
BBB Serving Central Florida is seeking a driven, action-oriented and focused Sales Manager to provide management and leadership for the team,  holding them accountable for the desired results.  The right person will mentor each Rep. in the process of educating business owners in the value of being Accredited through the BBB.  The successful Manager will be dedicated with a passion to guide and instruct, and will not only show the team how to close applications through personal production but also drive the performance of the team.  It is important for the Manager to set the goals and help the team achieve and exceed monthly objectives.  The team will collectively create a favorable reputation within the Central Florida service area leading to increased sales and retention of accredited businesses. 

Responsibilities

• Hire & train Inside BBB sales team
• Motivate and lead the team
• Ongoing team evaluation against performance measurements 
• Mentoring, goal-setting, and coaching team for success
• Create plan and make sure team is hitting their goals, with improvement plans if needed
• Find additional lead sources and manage leads to Reps.
• Assist on Sales Reps. calls and any changes that need to be made to scripts
• Hold weekly sales meetings
• Keep up with BBB standards and guidelines, adhere to accreditation process
• Lead by example through successful individual sales
• Qualifications
• Bachelor of Arts Degree with a Business or related major
• A minimum of five years sales experience and demonstrated success in telemarketing/sales; plus a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role
• Must possess strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Experience and demonstrated success in prospecting and cold calling skills
• Experience and demonstrated success in sales planning
• Computer skills including knowledge of data entry and internet research
