Treasury Manager

POSITION:    Treasury  Manager 

DEPARTMENT:    Finance

SALARY:            up to $76,689.60 annual salary range
       

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting and six (6) years of experience in a related financial field, including cash management and treasury responsibilities, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
•  Experience stream-lining cash disbursement and cash receivable processes preferred.  
• Strong understanding of cash management including cash flow projections and cash position.
•  Knowledge of treasury function including investments and debt (including loans/line of credit/bonds).
•  Strong research skills, analytical skills, and written/oral communication skills required.
•  Experience reading and interpreting complex agreements and prospectuses.  Bloomberg LLP system experience desired.
•  Extensive knowledge of spreadsheet software preferred and must be familiar with computerized general ledger system.  Sympro software experience desirable.
•  Certified Public Accountant (CPA) License, Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation desirable.
•  Valid Florida driver license required.
• Manage and administer the Treasury activities of the Finance Department.  
• Monitor and analyze cash and investments transactions and position.  
• Manage the Investment Advisory Services contract and monitor the purchase and sale of investment instruments including but not limited to liaison with Investment Manager(s), Trustees and Broker/Dealers (when necessary).  
• Ensure that investments are purchased in compliance with policy and ensure proper settlement of investments.
•  Oversee e-payables program including e-card and assist with other efforts for streamlining cash processes.
•  Participate in banking and debt related procurements.  Perform other duties as assigned.
