SUMMARY:
The Recruiter is involved with ensuring an applicant pool rich in quality, quantity & diversity in order to identify and hire the best-qualified candidate(s), from within or outside of an organization, for job vacancies in a timely and cost effective manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage traditional recruitment efforts to ensure an ample supply of candidates for all openings.
- Aggressively and creatively source qualified candidates for all career opportunities.
- Network with various community and recruitment partners.
- Brand Diamond Resorts International® as an employer of choice.
- Review applications and resumes verifying qualifications.
- Complete preliminary interviews for identified positions.
- Track, record and analyze recruitment related statistics.
- Conduct research related to best practices, potential partnerships and future events.
- Review business activities identifying business closures, reduction in staff, etc.
- Identify, coordinate and attend various recruitment related events.
- Generate and distribute weekly job opening report to recruitment partners.
- Generate and distribute weekly recruitment reports to DRI business partners.
- Partner with internal resources to create advertisements, brochures and other related marketing items.
- Manage the master recruitment calendar of events.
- Provide superior customer service in accordance with the Company DRIven to Excellence standards.
- Consistently practice and maintain the highest standards of professionalism when interacting with fellow team members, management, owners, members and prospects.
- Operate office machinery (i.e., computer, copy machine, fax machine).
- Perform other duties & functions as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
- At least three (3) years of Human Resources experience.
- At least two (2) years of Recruitment experience.
- One (1) year of project management experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Preferred:
- Previous experience in the vacation ownership or timeshare industry.
- College degree in a related field.
- Existing recruitment network.

- Proven ability to develop recruitment action plans to ensure quality, quantity and diversity.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent document formatting and design skills.
- Ability to learn additional computer software.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Excellent public speaking skills.
- Time management; the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.

- Detail oriented, able to provide a high level of accuracy.
- Professional presentation and appearance.
- Preferred:
- Ability to communicate in other languages.
