Circulation Manager

Euclid Media Group is seeking an innovative and energetic strategic planner who can coordinate distribution of print material with a team of drivers as a Circulation Manager at Orlando Weekly, Orlando’s largest free circulation publication.  We are not your traditional workplace, so if you want to join a fun, challenging, collaborative, and community-minded organization, you want to join Orlando Weekly!!

The Circulation Manager will report directly to the Marketing Director and is responsible for the development and operation of circulation plans for Euclid Media Group/publication’s magazines, periodicals, and other print materials.  In concert with a network of drivers, retailers, restaurant/business owners, property managers, marketing personnel, and other internal staff, this individual will ensure that publication’s products are distributed in a timely manner, coinciding with any marketing, advertising or promotional activities that may be related.  The successful Circulation Manager will be a self-starter, relationship builder, and is able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment. 

Essential qualifications include: 

• High School Diploma
• 5 years experience in newspaper circulation
• 2-3 years supervisory experience
• Geographical knowledge of the publication’s city and surrounding areas
• Superior time management and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of pre-press and production printing concepts
• Strong MS Office skills
• Ability to work with little supervision
• Ability to recruit, schedule, and motivate a group of contract drivers
