US Equity Advantage (USEA) is the #1 loan acceleration program in the US.  We pay off loans early with the biweekly auto-debit cycle and help our members save time and money on vehicles, mortgages, student loans, and more!  We are seeking the right person to join our Member Services Representatives (MSR) team in taking care of our members and their accounts.

Minimum requirements:

Degree or 4+ year(s) of front-line customer service experience. 

Must be able to pass a rigorous/thorough background check and credit check.

A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn

Strong customer service skills: friendly, assertive, and persuasive

Must have great reading, writing, and speaking skills in English - Bilingual is a plus

Ability to problem-solve independently and adapt well

Be a contentious, reliable team player and have pride in your work

Primary position responsibilities:

Handle incoming and outbound calls from and to new and existing members to assist them with understanding the program and their benefits, to make account changes, and to encourage the addition of new accounts with USEA.  Handle other member inquiries and needs by fax, email, and website. MSR team also works closely with other USEA departments. May handle other tasks as assigned; all of which must be completed with a high standard of professionalism, quality, and accuracy.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:30 A.M. – 6:00 P.M with a full hour break for lunch.

Full time position and opportunities for overtime pay.
