Duties and Responsibilities:
The Fulfillment Coordinator will:
•Handle various client accounts on a daily basis
•Assist in the management of shipping schedules, tracking of packages, customer billing, inventory control and data configuration
•Process fulfillment distributions, monitor job status, client reporting, and review documentation of finished goods for completeness, accuracy and preparation of billing write-up
•Support the customer service representatives in the management of the overall accounts
•Create and update spreadsheets and fulfillment database
•Verify shipping of orders with tracking backup
•Ensure accuracy of inventory levels of client materials
•Follow-up with warehouse personnel to ensure that orders are processed

Qualifications:
The candidate for this position must possess the following:
•High school diploma or equivalent
•Minimum of one year customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Strong organizational skills
•Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
•Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, Access and Word
