We are currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Administrator.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience coordinating and developing administration activities, programs and projects that support several human resource functions. These functions include Total Rewards, administrative duties relating to recruitment/onboarding, HRIS (Ultipro experience preferred) and the company Intranet.

Experience Required and Essential Duties:

1. Accurate and timely processing of biweekly payroll including, but not limited to, file import, paid leave reimbursement/exchange requests, incentives, garnishments, reconciliation, reporting, and 401(k) and HSA data transmittal.
2. Work with the EVP of Human Resources and others to leverage the Intranet platform functionality and maintain all features as needed to continuously provide crew with current and relevant content.
3. Manage leaves of absence in accordance with FMLA and organization guidelines.
4. Assist with benefit plan administration including new crewmember education/enrollment and annual open enrollment.
5. Pull job candidate credit reports and processes related correspondence.
6. Coordination of new hire, transfer, promotion and termination administrative processes.
7. Prepare training room for each new crewmember orientation and trains on MyHR functionality.
8. Assist with crewmember event planning and execution, such as parties, wellness events and job fairs.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor degree from a 4-year college or university; or two plus years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
