Sales Representative
Our Sales Representatives offer guests a vacation lifestyle with more flexibility, more family time and more fun. These highly energetic individuals convey the opportunity to build a lifetime of vacation memories through access to an endless array of flexible options that transform the way they travel.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide a product preview with detailed product information and then allow guests to experience the product through a property tour (adheres to our proven sales process)
- Use approved presentation and support materials effectively and exclusively
- Present the guest with pricing and options as well as the opportunity to purchase according to training specifications and conforming to the financial needs of the guest (must have manager's approval).
- Follow all approved sales closing procedures as instructed.
- Complete all appropriate new owner closing documentation as required.
- Achieve established performance guidelines within established time-frames.
- Provide highest standards of customer service to guest as specified in training and via direction of management.
- Maintain the highest level of company and competitive product knowledge by attending all required training sessions.
- Adhere to all established policies and procedures, and position requirements for licensure, certifications, etc.
- Prepare to meet guests daily as a professional tour guide through proper dress and grooming.
- Adhere to standard work hours.
EDUCATION & SKILLS:
- Florida Real Estate Licensed required
- Minimum 1 year Sales Experience
