Resort Marketing Representative (OPC)

Our Marketing Representatives interact with guests, owners and visitors to book eligible vacation ownership presentations, previews and vacation packages. These energetic associates review promotional materials and schedule tours to help guests discover a better way to see the world.

MAJOR DUTIES:

• Generate interest in SVO, Inc. and schedule appointments for guests to attend our Sales Presentation Consistently provide outstanding customer service
• Accurately qualify eligibility for promotional preview offers and invite guests to the appropriate preview opportunity
• Offer approved incentives to guests for attending previews
• Set expectations with guests regarding the details and time expectations of the preview to ensure a positive guest experience
• Coordinate the preview reservation for the guest - make sure the time is convenient and long enough for thorough preview and possible purchase, and ensure all necessary paperwork is accurately completed
• Attend all mandatory meetings, training, and actively participate in development and training opportunities
• Complete any special projects and assignments as directed
