e-Commerce Sales Executive
The e-Commerce Sales Executive supports SVO Direct's sales efforts by preparing for, working with and selling to assigned leads.
- Contacts assigned lead(s) through phone, email and/or direct mail according to training and at the direction of management.
- Documents lead activity in SVO's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application.
- Uses approved marketing collateral, presentations and support materials effectively and exclusively.
- Provides Starwood Vacation Ownership program and property information for all Starwood Vacation Network resorts.
- Provides pricing and options to leads.
- Follows all approved sales closing procedures as instructed. Completes all appropriate new owner purchase documentation as required.
- Protects and secures customer confidential information according to corporate guidelines and procedures.
- Achieves established performance guidelines within established time frames.
- Provides exemplary customer service to owners and new leads at the direction of management.
- Maintains the highest level of company and competition product knowledge by attending all required training sessions and departmental meetings.
- Adheres to all established policies and procedures and position requirements for licensure, certifications, etc.
